Who we are

Formwork is Raunak Jangid, trading as Formwork, based in India. This page explains what we collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it. For anything here, write to hello@formworkpartner.com.

What we collect

• When you send us something (the free review form or email): your work email, the link or screenshot you share, and what you write. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Screenshots are used only for your review.
• When you browse: usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type) from PostHog, set up without cookies, so it does not identify you.
• When we contact you first: your name, work email, company and role from public professional sources. We use them to send a small number of relevant messages, and stop as soon as you ask.
• We don't take payments on this site, and we never sell or rent anyone's data.

Why we're allowed to

• Replying to you and preparing a proposal: taking steps at your request before a contract.
• Outreach and site statistics: our legitimate interest in finding clients and improving the site, balanced against yours. Our assessment is available on request.
• Running an engagement: the contract with your company.
• Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, we use the data you give us for the purpose you gave it, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who else sees it

Only the services we use to run Formwork: Notion (where form messages are stored), PostHog (site statistics), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and our email provider. Some are outside India and outside your country; where needed, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses. We never put your personal data into AI tools.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted, screenshots included. Outreach records: until you ask us to stop; then we keep only the fact that you opted out, so we don't contact you again. Client records: as long as Indian tax law requires, up to 8 years for invoices.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to outreach, or withdraw consent by writing to hello@formworkpartner.com. We reply within 30 days. Visitors in the EU or UK can also complain to their data protection authority; visitors in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
